membership guidelines: what to expect as a student

• Regular attendance is encouraged to support consistent progress and skill development.
• Please notify the school in advance if you are unable to attend a scheduled class.
• Students who miss extended periods are welcome to return — just let us know. 

Conduct & Respect

• All students are expected to treat instructors, fellow students, and the training space with respect.
• Bullying, disrespectful language, or aggressive behavior outside of supervised training is not tolerated.
• Students should arrive ready to learn — focused, positive, and prepared to participate.

Uniforms & Equipment

• Students are expected to wear appropriate training attire to each class.
• Required equipment will be communicated by your instructor based on your program.
• All personal equipment should be clearly labeled with the student's name.

Safety

• Student safety is our top priority. All training is supervised and age-appropriate.
• Students should inform the instructor of any injuries or physical limitations before class.
• Techniques learned in class are for training purposes only and should not be misused

Payments & Enrollment

• There are no long-term contracts required for enrollment.
• Tuition is due at the beginning of each month unless other arrangements have been made.
• Please speak with Coach Thompson directly regarding any questions about tuition or scheduling.
